Manuscripts, autographs, pictures
Bonn University and State Library has an extensive and constantly expanding holding of manuscripts of the modern age at its disposal: autographs, literary estates, war letters, music autographs and music manuscripts as well as further material. These documents can be extensively searched with the Union Catalog Kalliope. In order to enable an improved use of the holdings, important copyright-free documents and holdings will gradually be digitised and made available online in the digital collections of Bonn University and State Library. The resolution is sufficient to display these on screen. For reproduction purposes the ULB offers high-resolution picture files liable to costs.
